4. Workshops and Training Sessions

Flabellationsucd offers various workshops and training sessions on family financial planning. Registration for these events is subject to availability and may require payment of fees as specified at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy: For paid workshops, cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-6 days before will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled workshop.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation by Flabellationsucd, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend a future session.

5. Downloadable Materials

Our Service provides various downloadable worksheets, templates, and guides ("Materials") for family financial planning. These Materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remain the property of Flabellationsucd.

By downloading our Materials, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Materials
